Returns Policy

If you purchased from SalinPlus.com

We are so confident in the Salin Plus Salt Therapy Device and the Salin Salt Therapy Device (mini), we offer a unique 60 day money back guarantee on the purchase price of your device and replacement filter cartridges (if unopened). We kindly ask that you use the device as recommended for a minimum of a one month trial period; this means 8 hours a day (while you sleep) for 30 consecutive days. For this reason, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed. 

If you are not totally satisfied after at least 30 days of using the product, you may return the product in its original packaging and in its original condition for a full refund excluding any shipping charges if applicable.

You have 60 days from when your product was shipped to return it for a refund. We do not issue Return Merchandise Authorization numbers past this 60 day period.

To begin your return, please complete these steps:

  1. Email our Customer Service at sales@salinplus.com, to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Display this number visibly on the outside of the return package. Packages sent to us without a visible RMA number will not be accepted and will be discarded. Your RMA number will expire 14 days after your request. If we do not receive your return package by the 14th day, your refund will be no longer valid.
  3. In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all of the contents of your package in original condition.
  4. We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive your product, and you cannot prove your product was returned, we will not issue a refund.

Returns will be processed and refunds issued within 5 business days of return package receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original purchase payment method.

If you purchased from one of our retailers.

The above policy will apply with the following conditions.

1. A scanned copy of the invoice receipt will need to be provided at the time of the RMA request. The receipt must clearly show the retailer name, date, product and purchase price.

2. Lion Healthcare will contact the retailer and advise them of the customer return.

3. Once we receive your device, we will refund you within 5 business days ( an amount equal to what the retailer paid Lion Healthcare) directly via electronic funds transfer, if your retailer does not participate in our Returns Policy, otherwise, we will instruct the retailer to refund you, on presentation of your original receipt, the full amount and we will dispatch to the retailer a new device at no charge.
